1. Scope of Strategic Deployment

Our systems are engineered for high-intent business scaling. SVD grants you access to our frameworks strictly for legitimate, professional growth. We reserve the absolute right to terminate access or refuse service if engagements deviate from professional standards, violate applicable laws, or disrupt our operational flow.

2. Intellectual Property & Frameworks

All proprietary methodologies, custom code, architectural blueprints, and digital assets engineered by SVD remain our exclusive intellectual property until full project completion, financial settlement, and official handover protocols are executed. You consistently retain full ownership of your pre-existing brand assets and provided materials.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure surgical execution, you agree to provide accurate information and timely access to necessary operational assets. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our infrastructure to transmit malicious code, engage in unauthorized data scraping, or host illegal content.

4. Execution Limitations & Liability

SVD commits to deploying our services with uncompromising precision. However, digital markets and third-party algorithms (e.g., Google, Meta) are highly dynamic.

  • No Algorithmic Guarantees: We execute based on hard logic and data, but we cannot legally guarantee exact algorithmic outcomes, specific search rankings, or exact revenue multipliers.

  • Liability Cap: SVD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from external network failures, third-party platform alterations, or operational losses. Our liability is strictly limited to the structural integrity of our specific deliverables.
